CLASS DESCRIPTION: All Levels RELEASE & RENEW
Ellie’s All Levels class is a meditative, mindful movement practice with the intention of drawing ourselves out of the headspace and dropping fully into the felt experience of the body. In this class, we’ll allow plenty of time to find ourselves fully in the posture, to find our steady rhythm of breath, and to move freely and with intention.
While longer holds build stamina in the mind and body, they also give us the opportunity to meet ourselves right where we’re at— to modify or rest— and to find what’s needed most.
