My yoga practice began at the age of thirteen when my middle school art teacher invited my mother and I to a yoga class in her home. It was love at first practice. Since then, yoga has been a gateway to community in every place I’ve lived, particularly where language was a barrier. For me, yoga bridges the personal and communal; in my class I hope you’ll find that connection too. Come breath, move, sweat, and smile - I can’t wait to meet you!
RISE & REALIGN CLASS DESCRIPTION: A slower paced class that focuses on alignment, building core strength and exploring beginner poses. A great way to reset and start your week. LEVEL 1+
POWER FLOW: A powerful and energetic class that flows steadily between postures linking movement and breath while enjoying an upbeat soundtrack.
This is a true intermediate level class meant to help regular practitioners build strength, deepen postures and explore challenging poses. LEVEL 2/3
