"Breathwork Facilitator & Yoga Teacher"

Meet Launa Martin: 

If Buddha and Betty White had a baby, Launa would be their lovechild. 
She Combines decades of study in Homebirth Midwifery, Yoga, Breathwork, Buddhism and then finding home in the Tao, with the salty wit of growing up on the New England coast, and uses this collection of skills to midwife humans on their transformational journeys. Her deep love for travel, combined with her thirst for knowledge, created choreography for her to live and learn in various parts of the west coast of the United States for 2 decades, and also immerse herself in a variety of other cultures, globally. 


Launa has developed a masterful way of weaving her innate nurturing abilities, midwifery and breathwork skills, with her spiritual wisdom and (at times irreverent) sense of humor, to create powerful opportunities for people to breakthrough their ineffective perceptions of reality and write a script for their lives that is rich and deeply rewarding, all while ensuring none of us take this whole thing too seriously.  She specializes in supporting personal evolution, healing, relationship/parenting guidance, and entrepreneurial mentoring.
Launa lives on the Seacoast with her badass teen daughter, making the most of this wild ride.

Life is PLAY, and Launa feels truly honored to participate in the theatre with each one of you who invites her to your playground.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: All Levels RELEASE & RENEW Ellie’s All Levels class is a meditative, mindful movement practice with the intention of drawing ourselves out of the headspace and dropping fully into the felt experience of the body. In this class, we’ll allow plenty of time to find ourselves fully in the posture, to find our steady rhythm of breath, and to move freely and with intention.
