Suanne Ringlein

Suanne has pursued a life of adventure through various forms of movement, from gymnastics and sports early on to marathons and cycling in her young adult life. This natural curiosity about movement, fitness, and recovery paired with a love of philosophy eventually led her to yoga where she discovered a sanctuary unlike anything she had experienced before. Yoga was easy to fall in love with because it delivers. Every time.

Now the mother of twins, yoga has been an incredible tool for navigating the physical, mental, and emotional demands of everyday life and she enjoys sharing with others what she continues to learn in her own exploration of life through mindful movement, journaling, hiking, nature, and family life.

Suanne lives with her husband, Dan, somewhere between the mountains and lakes of New Hampshire and the beaches of Maine. Their friendship and conversation is among her favorite adventures.

Suanne received her 200-Hour YTT from 3 Bridges Yoga in Portsmouth, New Hampshire in 2019 and maintains her certification through Yoga Alliance.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: All Levels RELEASE & RENEW Ellie’s All Levels class is a meditative, mindful movement practice with the intention of drawing ourselves out of the headspace and dropping fully into the felt experience of the body. In this class, we’ll allow plenty of time to find ourselves fully in the posture, to find our steady rhythm of breath, and to move freely and with intention.
