Welcome the AUTUMN, detoxify and purify the body and mind, with an all-level, invigorating hot yoga practice that combines diverse disciplines for a powerful and unique experience led by senior teacher and artist Lana Vogestad.
You'll be clearly guided through an all-encompassing, transformative flow immersed in rhythmic and entrancing live drumming and percussion by PJ Donahue. For the extended savasana, the sound healing educator and facilitator Joanne Liljeholm will take you through a deeply therapeutic, sound healing immersion honoring the AUTUMN.
Bring your entire well being into harmony and in tune with the new season.
We welcome everyone to connect after the session and enjoy the beautiful community at Shilo Farm.
Lana will begin the session by sharing a brief background and structure of the practice, and will go over modifications and tips so everyone feels welcome.
